    Dear Batch of 2026

This letter has been penned by Dhawal M. and Ojas Chandaniha (Batch of 2025). The illustration is by Kajal Jamdare (Batch of 2025). To the incoming first years, First off, a big congratulations for cracking CLAT and making it into NLS. All those months and years of hard work and dreaming about being in the ‘top law school’ seems to have finally paid off. We apologise for sending out a welcome-letter weeks into your term. You see, we’re teen parents whose kids have been delive

The Key to Success is… IDK Bro, Hojayega

This piece has been written by Jyotsna Vilva (Batch of 2021). Artwork by Smriti Kalra (Batch of 2021). There goes a saying, “When hard work and intelligence work hand in hand, many things are possible”. Logically, that makes sense. However, its author has clearly never met the residents of the National Law School, who seem to be working tirelessly to debunk this myth – an assiduous quest to prove that yes, in law school, many things are indeed possible without hard work. From the Archives: Adolf Hitler Reacts to Reval, Circa 1942 (Colourised)

This video has been edited by Aman Vasavada (Batch of 2021). NLS Inmates Review journalists had conducted a famous sting operation in the Cauvery Bunker in 1942. They managed to catch on tape the popular mooter Adolf Hitler (ID no: 0273) bursting into a furious monologue following the release of his first year Reval results. In light of the growing resentment against the structural problem of Reval, we are now declassifying the video from our archives. Original video from: De

This article has been written by Sharan Bhavnani (Batch of 2019). If you’re reading this, the thought of putting an end to your miseries has probably crossed your mind. The conflict of laws isn’t probably the biggest conflict in your thoughts. It’s probably the question – “should I drop out?” I completely understand it. Most of us do. But before you go ahead and slam your laptop screen in resignation, lend me an opportunity to change your mind. The activity of ‘mooting’ in an
